Concept: designed, not yet built

- Bangla, English and Banglish
- Messenger, WhatsApp and website chat
- Answers only from the business's own data
- Order status lookup
- Hand-off to staff with the whole conversation
- Daily summary of the most common questions
How It Would Work
- Learn The business adds its products, prices, delivery areas and policies; they are split into passages and indexed for search.
- Retrieve Each customer message is matched to the passages that can answer it, and to the order if the customer asks about one.
- Answer The model writes a reply from those passages only, in the customer's language, and says so when it does not know.
- Hand off Low-confidence answers, complaints and payment questions go to a staff member with the whole conversation attached.
Project Overview
An AI customer support assistant NetJet Labs has designed for Bangladeshi businesses: it answers customers in Bangla, English and Banglish on Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and the website, using only the business's own products, prices and policies, and hands the conversation to a person when it should. It is a concept: designed, not yet built.
Technologies & Expertise
The Challenge
Small businesses in Bangladesh sell and support customers on Messenger and WhatsApp, where the same questions about price, delivery and order status arrive all day and late into the night, and most chatbots handle Bangla poorly.
Our Solution
Answers come from a large language model grounded in the business's own catalogue and policies (retrieval-augmented generation), and order status is looked up in the business's system. Every conversation is logged, uncertain answers go to a person, and the assistant is never allowed to invent a price or a promise.
