Arogya: Clinic Management Software
Concept: designed, not yet built
Key Features
- Online and walk-in serial booking
- SMS reminders and queue updates
- Patient history across visits
- Digital prescriptions from templates
- Billing, dues and the daily cash report
- Pharmacy stock with expiry alerts
How It Would Work
- Register Reception registers the patient once; every later visit, prescription and report is attached to the same record.
- Queue Walk-in and app bookings share one serial list per doctor, and patients get an SMS when their turn is near.
- Consult The doctor sees past visits and results, writes the prescription from a template and orders tests in one screen.
- Bill Billing collects consultation, test and medicine charges, and pharmacy stock drops as medicines are dispensed.
Project Overview
A clinic management system NetJet Labs has designed for small and mid-sized clinics and diagnostic centres in Bangladesh: serial booking with SMS reminders, patient records, digital prescriptions, billing and pharmacy stock in one system, with a patient app for reports. It is a concept: designed, not yet built.
Technologies & Expertise
The Challenge
Many clinics keep appointments in a register and patient history on paper. Doctors see a patient without the last prescription or test results, queues build at reception, and pharmacy stock runs out or expires without anyone noticing.
Our Solution
A PHP and MySQL web system for reception, doctors and the pharmacy, with role-based access and encrypted backups, plus a Flutter app where patients book a serial, get an SMS when their turn is close and download their reports. Prescriptions are written from templates and printed or sent to the patient.
