Project Overview

The platform NetJet Labs runs on, built in-house. Staff manage projects, tasks, time, support tickets and billing in one place, and every client has a portal to follow their projects, chat with the team, approve deliverables and pay invoices.

The Challenge

An agency's work is spread across projects, client conversations, hours and invoices. The aim was one system for all of it that clients use too, running on ordinary shared hosting with no framework and no build step.

Our Solution

A custom PHP and MySQL application with role-based access for executives, project managers, developers and finance, two-factor sign-in, and a separate client portal. Invoices accept part payments and overpayments, keep any extra as client credit, and issue receipts anyone can verify by QR code.
