The Challenge

Menu-driven ERP software makes staff learn where every screen lives, a real barrier for schools, NGOs and small businesses without IT teams. Letting an AI act on business data raises the opposite risk: actions that skip permissions, validation or the audit trail.

Our Solution

The assistant never touches the database. It can only call typed, permissioned functions from a registry, and each call runs through the same service layer as the web and mobile apps. Calls with financial or irreversible effects wait for the user to confirm, every action is audit-logged with its before and after state, and provider adapters keep it independent of a single model vendor.
